Better Vacation Choice is not responsible or liable for any breach of contract, errors, or failuresby third-party travel suppliers. This includes:

• Any loss, damage, delay, or injury caused by the      supplier’s actions—whether intentional or unintentional.
• Any failure of the supplier to provide services after      payment has been made. In such cases, the supplier is solely      responsible for issuing a refund, whether through insurance (if      applicable) or another responsible third party.

3. Booking & Pricing

• All bookings are subject to availability and supplier      terms & conditions.
• We do not guarantee supplier rates, reservations, or      services unless explicitly marked as “Guaranteed” in your invoice,      itinerary, or tickets.
• Prices may fluctuate based on demand, seasonality, and      supplier policies.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances

Neither Better Vacation Choice nor our suppliers will be responsible for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Construction delays, mechanical failures, or service      disruptions.
• Health risks, pandemics, or medical emergencies.
• Terrorist activities, political instability, or legal      restrictions.
• Weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Criminal acts, theft, or loss of personal belongings.

5. Travel Documentation & Requirements

You and/or your group members are responsiblefor ensuring you meet all travel requirements, including:

• Valid passports, visas, and entry permits.
• Any required vaccinations or health screenings.
• Compliance with all safety and security measures     at each destination.

Better Vacation Choice will not be liable if you are denied entry due to missing or incorrect travel documentation.

6. Travel Advisories & Health Precautions

We highly recommend that travelers stay informed through official government sources:

• U.S. Department of State (or relevant authority) for      travel advisories.
• Public Health Services for medical requirements and      health risks.

7. Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly encourage purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover:

• Lost or stolen baggage.
